Getting started
Do employees have to install anything?
No. Vatro runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app.
How long does it take to get going?
A few minutes: the company's name, the first project and invitations for your people. The rest you set up when you need it.
Is Vatro only for construction?
No. It is for companies whose people work at customers' sites: construction, cleaning, service and the like.
Hours and controls
What if someone logs the wrong hours?
You reject the entry with a short reason. The employee sees it in their notifications and fixes it.
What if there is no signal on site?
Hours can be logged anyway. They wait on the phone and are sent when the connection is back.
Does Vatro replace a quality-assurance system?
Vatro helps document controls: checklists, deviations and a change history. It is not a certification and does not replace the company's routines.
Payment
What happens after the trial?
You choose the number of employees and pay by card. If you do not pay, your data stays — we only block exports, and later logging hours.
Do I pay for people who have left?
No. You do not pay for a deactivated person, and their hours and history stay.
Can I change the number of employees?
Yes, at any time, in the company's settings.
Data
Who can see my company's data?
Only your company. Access is checked on every operation, and everything that changes stays in the audit log.
Can an entry be removed from the change history?
No. The log can only be read: neither an employee nor the owner can change it.
